Pastor Carter
Kevin and Joanne have been married since September 8 1984. They have five children, two sons of their own and three sisters whom they formally adopted in 2002. Kevin and Joanne are Maritime people having lived their lives in Nova Scotia and New Brunswick. They have been residing in New Minas since July 2002 when Kevin began pastoring the congregation.
Kevin is a graduate of Haddington House School of Theology [May 2002]. Kevin and Joanne both share a similar testimony in that neither come from covenant homes of faith, yet the Lord's grace shone upon them early in their lives. Kevin was baptized at the age of thirteen and both spent the majority of their Christian lives in Baptist settings. During that time Kevin even pastored a small country Baptist church before moving into the Reformed setting in 1996.
Their oldest son Chris is a graduate of Acadia University(B.Ed), he and his wife Jennifer reside in Halifax; their other son Matt is a member of the Canadian Air Force along with his wife Allyssa (daughter Brooke and son Oliver), they are stationed in Cold Lake, AB . Two of their daughters reside with them and one is living on her own here in the Manitoba.
Pastor Carter and his family will be moving to Kingston, ON in May to begin a new church plant.
